Service Description
During our operational review we will travel and stay at your property. On arrival day, we will be incognito to gather the best observations possible. The next day we will meet with your team and observe how the hotel operates from top to bottom, review guest satisfaction scores, check hotel cleanliness and finish with a pulse check on associate appreciation. *Travel and Expenses are additional and to be paid by the client upon receipt of invoice. After our visit we will schedule a follow-up call and full report of our findings.
Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation Policy Cancellation Fee: If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 72 hours in advance to avoid any charges. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the session fee. Cancellations made before 72 hours of their booked session are refunded for the amount charged plus a $25 processing fee. Rescheduling Policy Rescheduling Window: If you need to reschedule your session, you must do so within 72 hours of the originally scheduled session time. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 3. No-Show Policy No-Show Fee: If you do not show up for your scheduled session and have not provided notice as per the cancellation policy, you will be charged the full session fee.
